Two of the charity sector's established learning and development communities have come together under one banner with the official launch of Charity Learning Leaders (CLL).
Bringing together the existing Charity Learning Leaders community and the Third Sector Strategic L&D Network, the new unified community creates a larger, more connected network for learning and development (L&D) professionals working across charities and the wider third sector.
Powered and supported by the Charity Learning Consortium (CLC), but independent of CLC membership, Charity Learning Leaders is free to join and open for all L&D leaders across the third sector.
By combining two well-established communities, Charity Learning Leaders offers members greater opportunities to build professional networks, share ideas, solve common challenges and learn from peers. The participant-led community is designed to encourage collaboration rather than formal training, giving members the opportunity to shape discussions, share expertise and influence future topics and activities.
Members can take part in regular virtual meet-ups, peer-to-peer discussions, resource sharing, practical problem-solving sessions, best practice exchanges and member-led presentations, all with the shared aim of strengthening learning and development across the charity sector.

The community is built on the belief that the most valuable learning comes from peers. Members will help shape conversations, identify emerging priorities, contribute resources and share experiences that benefit the wider sector.
